Our Story
A building with many lives
Completed in the early 1800s, Waterloo House was originally created to welcome visitors seeking respite from the smog and pace of industrial cities.
Over the decades, it has evolved through many chapters — from a much-loved sweet shop and village post office to a riverside B&B, bistro and antiques shop.
Following careful restoration, Waterloo House has returned to its original purpose: a welcoming destination offering thoughtfully chosen products that support wellbeing and celebrate the beauty of everyday living close to nature.
